Amazing service! I pulled up and as I was removing the bags from my car, a kind gentleman came out to help me bring them in. I had them presorted/counted. 500 cans, 40 cartons, I was in and out with cash in hand in under 2 minutes. Thank you!

I had a great experience at Campbell Park Bottle Depot! The staff is friendly and efficient, making the recycling process quick and easy. I love that they turn recyclables into cash, which makes it a win-win for both the environment and my wallet. The facility is clean, well-organized, and they sort everything professionally. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a smooth and hassle-free bottle return experience!

Its clean and kept well maintained but I recommend counting your bottles before bagging, because I took a note of all of the recyclables I had and it's total return but was shorted about $6
$6 isn't a lot to me, but it is for some people. I see the owner replying to have people come back and go through security footage, however the fact is that you should not have to return to be counted correctly. It should be counted correctly the first time, every time. I will personally stick to the automated locations and will not be returning, especially to advocate for my own bottle return via security footage.

I like this model - you have to get out and bring your bottles in but there are about 5 stations where they sort and count and tally up your bottles as you dump them in a trough, and then they give you a receipt that you scan at an automated kiosk which spits out your cash. Simple, smooth, no waiting in a long line of idling cars. There’s even a hand washing station in case you get sticky.

I had an awful experience at this location. The cashiers were not only unpleasant but actually yelled at me, which was completely uncalled for and extremely rude. They seemed annoyed with their job and made me feel uncomfortable. Speaking in their language while appearing upset was also unprofessional. I will never return, and I won’t recommend this place to my family or friends. Absolutely unacceptable behavior!

I brought 9 large bags of bottles, cans and milk jugs here today, including a bunch of 15L water bottles and a dozen beer box l. We have been going here for a few months now as we're new to the area, but we felt something fishy was up as we usually get way more at a different bottle depot. This time we pre-counted everything before bringing it in as to be sure we were getting an honest return. On our pre-count we counted a total of $67.50 @ 685pcs. After everything was counted the total was $38.20 @ 331pcs. This is robbery. We brought it up to the counter, but he dismissed it and wouldn't do anything about it. Because they had already counted our returns and dumped them into the big bins, there was no way for them to return what they took from us. I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs, even if you have account of the returns, they will rip you off and then lie to you about it. Don't waste your time, use a different depot.

Please report this business, especially if this happens to you. I have reported them!

Edit, Reply to their reply. What a crock! I had been shorted every time I came to your establishment, hence why we did a pre-count of our returns this time. We were right. You ripped us off! You run a dishonest business! That's on you. You have been reported and we are not done, this is criminal, you will be held accountable. You stole my money, money that was rightfully mine, money that was going to groceries for my children! Your response is dismissive, we know the count, we spent 2 hours counting them right before coming in. I rarely leave reviews, but this is robbery! I lost out this time, but if this review saves just 1 person money or the headache of having to deal with this, it was worth it! There is no way we will ever use your bottle depot again. We will make sure our family, friends and neighbors avoid your establishment as well. There are numerous reviews stating they were shorted. We are not the only ones and unfortunately probably won't be the last either. I will do everything I can to make sure you don't take advantage of others too. I have a video of our count as well, but mine is not from 10 meters away and blurry. Mine is clear and concise. I challenge anyone and everyone with a big return deciding to use this depot, to count ahead of your visit and compare this to their count. Do not leave while they're counting and if possible take hi-res video of their employee counting! Beware, they can be very dismissive and argumentative if you see a discrepancy.

I come here out of convenience, close to home and clean. Staff are friendly. But I was recently here and I counted the cans in my head as employee was counting them. He grossly undercounted them...by over 50 cans! I realize bottle depots may undercount to make a few extra bucks, but 50 cans is unreasonable. While I was waiting for the management to make a resolution, I was telling people around me what was happening, and the manager got mad at me! Hey, i'm not the one ripping ppl off here! If your gonna rip ppl off make it less obvious. The manager reviewed camera tape and said I was correct. Duh!!
