Have never really had an issue with them, everyone at the facility is nice and helpful. My waste pickup is usually great.

But, this morning I put our 1 bag of yard waste from the back yard to the curb, the people would have come around and picked it up, ripped the bag and left it on the side of the road/curb. I lifted it fine this morning the that spot but the bag ripped when they picked it up and just left it. They left the ripped portion of the bag as well which was I'm assuming carried by the wind to under our neighbors car. Just unprofessional overall.

What can I say? It’s where you take everything you don’t want (garbage). Friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice people to deal with. Clean, well laid out. Even with a long line up, the wait is pretty good

I have been using the dump now for over 20 years. It's really nice to have this facility located in Cambridge close to my home. The prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of things that I've gotten rid of. The average cost is between $5 & $15. I think what's incredible about this facility, is the fact that this place is cleaner than most retail stores I visit. I'm extremely impressed with the organization of everything and the staff are always friendly.

The website says it is open (civic holiday) but we arrived along with 4 vehicles behind us and it’s closed. So wasted the day sorting and loading and have to unload everything now. Very typical for city of Cambridge websites; they are poorly designed and the information is often inaccurate.

Friendly people, easy to navigate. 4/5 stars because a $10 load minimum is ridiculous, it should go by weight below that price point. They also never seem to have enough garage doors open at the garbage facility, even during peak times. Not sure why that is.

They need to work on the exit. It takes 25 minutes on average just to get out. It makes no sense. Also they always seem to have one line moving way faster. That means that one person clearly does a better job. Why aren't supervisors monitoring this? The guy that was beside us just left and we still have 9 cars in front of us. Do better!
