I have been a Bryan's Fuel customer for over 9 years. Jason presented all options prior to the purchase of my new furnace to ensure I was getting what I needed and not "looked good". Install guys were on time, efficient and very professional. Their attention to detail was superior. I recommend Bryan's fuel for any heating and cooling service you would need.

Disappointed this time. I used Bryan's Fuel for the last 14 years to maintain my furnaces, air exchangers, dampers and furnace humidifiers. Whether direct or through Dalerose Homes on my properties. The tech. arrived to trouble shoot a routine humidistat but had no universal unit to make the repair on the spot. I waited two weeks to get tech to tell me the board was shot and to replace it. Receive the bill and still no repair done. I now have to wait again , book a second appointment , pay again for parts and labor. For the whole trouble, I could have purchased a complete unit for less. The technician commented to my wife upon arrival ; wait till you get my bill. I was suggested going to the hardware store to buy a humidistat myelf. I found them to be disrespectful vis-a-vis me the customer. I called Bryan's Fuels, get attitude from reception , transfered to owner who was not helpful at all with sarcastic laugh. I guess some owners feel entitled. not sure?

Our 34 yr Lennox Furnace quit working. Laura Bryan came to our house shortly after my call and prepared a quote for a new furnace. Installation was completed at time quoted. We have been Bryan's customers for several years since moving to Orangeville. Highly recommend. Terry & Judi Sullivan

I was heating an old stone farm house with oil and found the cost of fuel was starting to become a little excessive. I considered this project very carefully and decided that paying upwards of $9,000 a year just on furnace oil could soon be recovered by installing the geothermal system - with hopefully a payback in less than 10 years. The installation was undertaken in a timeframe of about 10 days, considering lines had to be bored under the foundation and brought up through the basement floor. The overall install was neatly completed and we were given some basic information on how the system works, how to change the thermostat and air filter. We were also assured that, if we had any problems, we could contact Bryan's to get expert service. The only downside (which is a given) is the extensive landscaping that needed to be done after they leave - and they were up front about that in their quote. With winter coming, we are about to find out if the furnace can handle this old house.

The best service in the area, hands down. Bryan's Fuel has never let me down! Their people are fast, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, their prices are fair - don't waste time shopping around too much. You'll always come back to them. P.S. I have propane, new water heater installed and new air conditioner installed with them.

Ryan, Jason and Tim did a fantastic job. They worked non stop and made sure to answer my questions every step of the way. From the first team of guys to show up at 7:45 am on the hottest day of the Summer to begin the digging to allow our home to be switched from oil heating to propane, to the rest of the team who got to install two furnaces, and consequently remove two massive and heavy old furnaces AND two old and very large oil tanks from two different basements, with narrow stairs, my team of Bryans guys were polite and efficient the whole week they were with us.
We have been using Bryan's Fuels since the day we moved in 26 years ago. No matter who I speak with, I am met with courteous professionalism, and never feel like I am a bother.
Many companies could learn a lot from this group!
Thank you to all involved in the process of converting our dual residence home to propane. You did NOT disappoint!

We have been customers with Bryan's Fuels for over 20 years and have never had any negative issues. The installation of a new Heat Pump yesterday had no issues and was completed on the date and time we contracted for. The two technicians were easy to talk to and they made sure we understood the operation of the new system. We have always highly recommended Bryan's to other people. We appreciate the personal touch when dealing with Customer Service.
