We recently hired BRIGHTWORKS ENERGY INC for a solar panel removal and re-installation project and were very satisfied with their service. The team—especially Dan—was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. The entire process was handled smoothly and with attention to detail. Although response times were occasionally a bit slow, likely due to the busy summer season, the quality of their work remained excellent. I would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking reliable solar panel services.

Brightworks installed solar panels on my parents-in-law house in 2017. We are now selling the house and I could not find any information about the ownership/receipt of the install. Contacted the company this week and Bobby immediately responded with a copy of the invoice and a signed letter confirming complete payment that we are able to share with the buyers of the house. Fantastic customer service and there have been no issues with the panels over the past 7 years.

Our Solar panels were installed over 10 years ago and recently the inverter broke down. Reached out to Bobby for assistance and the Christian did a site visit. Issue was identified and a fix was proposed in a timely manner. Now we have the new inverter fixed and things are running smoothly.
Christian was very knowledgeable, courteous and completed the work to our satisfaction.
Great company to work with and will definitely refer them to folks who need expert assistance.

I first encountered Bobby when I went to enquire about the solar panel installation that was happening in my neighbourhood. Turns out it was being installed on his house - how fortunate for me.
I went with Brightworks Energy because of the time and patience and honesty when dealing with Bobby. I had questions, many questions, I wanted to know and understand in order to make a choice that would work for my family. After deciding, everything was basically handled by Brightworks Energy, I simply had to sign papers. The installation team were polite and cleaned up after themselves. While not off the grid yet, this has been a considered part of the process. Maybe sometime in the future!

I had an inverter breakdown and squirrel incursion. Taylor came out and quickly identified the issues and took corrective action.

I inherited a solar panel system, approximately 10 years old, from the previous owner (seller) of the house. Unfortunately, they never provided any details about it, and the system stopped working last year.
I reached out to Bobby for help and received a prompt response. He sent Christian, an electrician who works with him, to troubleshoot the system. Christian arrived the very next day, assessed the situation fairly, and took the time to patiently answer my layman's questions. He offered both short-term and long-term solutions, giving me options to choose from.
Once we agreed on a course of action, he was quick to schedule his visit and fixed the system for me.

I was so relieved after Taylor from Brightworks was out today! I have an older 2013 solar system and some maintenance is becoming necessary, but sadly the company that installed the system is no longer in business. But I was put at ease by Brightworks, Taylor got in touch with the inverter manufacturer and got them to honour the warranty. He has checked with them on monitoring the system and now I am getting the app to be able to monitor from my phone !
