Ariel has been a pleasure to work with. His kind, soft, and deep presence is always felt throughout the entirety of the sessions. And while the sessions have been quite safe and gentle, the results I have experienced have been transformational. The thing I value the most is his ability to quickly and skillfully tune into me personally as I am, find the edges of my current comfort zone and bring me right to them to explore together. Ariel has a profound and unique approach to Somatic Counseling and Relational Therapy being truly embodied in what he offers. His sessions with me have been powerful, transformational and awakening. He brings deep empathetic care to all the different parts of you that show up - even the parts of us we may have shame around he brings a lot of safety, compassion and curiosity to in each moment. I found that I was able to access the most wounded parts of me with the guidance and loving support Ariel offers so graciously, to then meet those parts with more understanding and new insight that allows those parts to heal.

Ariel is attentive, humorous, uplifting and inspiring to be with which makes therapy feel more exciting to go to knowing that a genuine therapeutic relationship is building to resolve trauma and feel more embodied. He helped me heal my addictions, close relationships and unhealthy patterns. He shines light on the dark in the most caring, graceful way. I highly recommend to experience and receive the powerful support he offers.

I've had one session with Ari so far, and it came at just the right time for me. A shift I'd been struggling to put into action for years clicked into place (and more importantly, action) with our first session, and I'm looking forward to working together more to unravel the rest of the pattern.
