It was an unusually long wait and the girl working at the gate could benefit from some customer service training, my partner and I are new to Brampton and his license does not have our new address(we have been here for literally two days) so we had to provide the the lease agreement to verify the Brampton address, she was rushing us to provide the proof due to the line. I have worked in customer service and can understand feeling pressure but patience and kindness goes a long way.

The girl employee at the front gate was awesome !! Friendly and helpful and nice sense of humour . And then the guys freezing in the yard with smiles on their faces , helping us with where to go and get stuff out of the SUV and throw it out … totally awesome ! Thank you !

I've had nothing but fantastic experiences. The staff are great. I'm so grateful there's a place near my house and my parents' house, where we can take trash to when we need to do a major clean.

I usually drop by a couple times a year when I decide to purge the house of junk.

Recently, I had to downsize my mom from my childhood home and had to make some extra trips here after we filled four 14-yard dumpster bins and simply didn't want to spend money on a fifth.

I think it's worth noting that HAZARDOUS WASTE DROP OFF IS FREE. That includes chemicals, paints, solvents, aerosol cans and propane tanks. I've lived in Peel most of my life and I always thought you had to pay. The more you know. 🌈

Today, I had an experience where the lady who let me in was fantastic, answering my questions politely. However, when I was leaving, the woman at the exit was rude and refused to extend the payment machine for me. I had a large load of yard waste to dump, so I had to go back a second time. Once again, the lady who let me in was great. But when I tried to pay at the exit, the same woman refused to extend the machine. I politely asked her again to bring it closer, as it has a long handle she could easily extend, and she told me to get out of the car! This led to an argument, and I told her she was unpleasant and shouldn’t be working there if she couldn’t do her job. Why is someone like this working there? If she can’t do her job properly, get someone who can. She treats people poorly and should be fired. This happened around 2:00 PM on Wednesday at the exit, for reference. The other ladies there do a wonderful job.

I've never had an issue at this dump until today. Showed up at 830, there was a lineup to pull into the entrance from off the street. The guy driving the gold Toyota gave me the finger because I couldn't pull forward enough so he can turn left at the facility. So I'm guessing this guy was late for work and gave me the finger for it. Absolutely pathetic.
