So I have been to the bottle depo 4 times this month for myself and donation bottles. Each time I am completely blown away with one of the employees, she works at super human speed and always has a smile. Today I had the pleasure of her serving me so I decided to see how fast she really is, this women counted out $37.40 worth of bottles in under 2.5 minutes. I finally asked her name and it's Natalie. I also noticed that she knew the names of regulars and that goes along way in a small town. I couldn't not leave a review about her this time. The bottle depo is so incredibly lucky to have this women as an employee, the amount of people she can serve with her speed is amazing. People like this should be acknowledged and rewarded for such amazing customer service, it's a hard thing these days. Natalie you deserve a raise or at the very least a reward of some sort for being so awesome 👍

Went into there with my boyfriend’s truck, the guy knows who I am and knows my family. Still asked for a piece of ID. Now I know that bc residents are not allowed to bring bottles to Alberta. But just watch yourselfs if you go there in a bc plated vehicle

We used to take our bottles and cans there until we were told in no certain terms that we were not welcome because we were from BC. Not cool.

Terrible customer service, the lady working here gave me nothing but attitude. She would count some bottles then walk away… seemed pretty scammy. Would not recommend taking your bottles here.
