Been working with this company for 4 years now. I was looking for their site and came across their google review rating just now. I think the really negative review is from a disgruntled employee! I hope they are ok. Anyway, wanted to put my 5stars on them. The delivery people have always helped me in explaining and working with any issues I had - any communication has been great (in fact, once I setup an account, the online system doesn't even require communication which I appreciate) - and their product is quality. They deliver so fast in my experience. Nothing I would improve. Thanks BIOMED.

We have been using this professional disposal company for a while and Diana is always a pleasure to deal with. She knows the products and replies to any emails and questions that I have promptly. Ordering a pick up is never an issue and the driver arrives when they say he will arrive. The driver is also incredibly patient as I scramble to get the waste containers into the secondary containment. He's never impatient and always helpful. I highly recommend using this company for your waste removal service ~ Medical office in Burnaby

The Biomed staff were so professional and helpful, I don't remember being treated as good as this before! It doesn't matter what you need they will make sure you get the right containers, the right service, and they truly seem to care about making sure you get what you need.

Disorganized company always blaming it on the employees. They leave doctors and dentists mail for whenever they feel like delivering and to top it off there low life losers who don't like paying employees
