What a great team of individuals to deal with. The A+ work that was completed made our home exactly what we were wanting. We had a water leak that affected main floor and basement. The team came as soon as we found it late in the evening and got the ball rolling with fans and dehumidifiers. The communication was amazing, from instant text messages back when we had a questions, to phone calls letting us know how the day went. We are very happy with the service that BioClean gave us. Jason and his team were exceptional-prompt on the clean up, good check ins on the progress and efficient at lining up services. They were always professional in my home and did quality work-thinking like a home owner for all the little things. Water leak in basement. Staff is very knowledgeable to my questions asked. Did an awesome job. The walls weren’t straight the floor isn’t level. But the house is 100 years old. I would highly recommend them and use them again.
