Amazing service. Friendly staff. Rented for my niece. First time rental from any company.
Was amazed by fast, friendly service. Requested a bin in the morning by the lunch hour. The bin was in driveway.

We recently purchased two bins for clean yard removal and wow, very happy with the price and customer service. I highly recommend getting a bin from here. The process is extremely efficient both for the drop off and pick up of the bin. I have had 4 bins and each time was positive and I would not hesitate to order a bin from them in the future. I must mention the knowledgeable and kind staff the make the ordering process from start to finish a pleasure.

In response - in their quote it states a 6% fuel surcharge - over $87 fuel surcharge on a $545 is over 6% or my math must be wrong … so yes that is fraud and hidden charges
Initial entry-I had a Fuel surcharge of approximately $87 added to my bill. My issue is with the “fuel surcharges”. We were charged a 16% surcharge on the bin . Should this be charged on Distance travelled after all it is for fuel - now I thought that I might have been mistaken - so I checked there website and I could not find the place where is states about a fuel surcharge. My concern is when the bin is being delivered approximately within 3km and the dump is approximately 3km ….that about 6km - so about 12 km in total - should a fuel surcharge actually be based on the amount of fuel or distance travelled? Not just a percentage added. I am also guessing that the fuel costs have been this high for at least 5 years so why is this a surcharge not incorporated in the price to give an accurate quote. Is this illegal - no , but in my opinion it is very unethical. Be careful of hidden charges when using this company. I did voice my concerns about this to the company and I was told “Sorry.”
