It was a true pleasure to deal with Bin There Dump That! From first inquiry, to scheduling and explaining the process. Sue was awesome. Having the walkin doors was so helpful, I couldn't find another service provider that had beens like this available(well at least that returned my call). The delivery driver dropped it exactly where he said he would and returned to pick it up on schedule. With a nice friendly reminder call from Sue the day before. Fantastic service. The driver was great! We have a challenging driveway and his being able to get the bin where we wanted it made our lives so much easier. They both delivered and picked up the bin quickly on short notice. Definitely using Bin There Dump That for our next renovations!

My experience with this company was great from beginning to end. They seamlessly delivered, removed, dumped, returned the Same day for a reload, then they did the final pick up to dump. They priced exactly as I was quoted. Very professional. All I had to do was pick up the phone. And make my order.

Had the best experience with my first bin rental (20 yard) from BTDT. Sue took the time to explain everything from cost, delivery, pick up, acceptable materials, items that the City picks up free of charge and where I could drop off things like tires and chemicals. Noah dropped off the bin and took the time to help me pick the best spot. He was very patient, professional and friendly. I would definitely book BTDT again and recommend this business. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

This company has been awesome, they helped me out when two other bin companies failed to deliver. All staff I dealt with from the administrative assistants to the driver that brought the bin were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a bin rental. Easy to deal with, everything you needed to know was laid in front of you with the quote. Dumpster is dropped off and picked up without you needing to do anything. Seamless and easy process. Highly recommend using Bin There Dump That if you need to clear your house or garage of a lot of stuff you just don't need.
