I procrastinate from time to time. I called Bin Affordable the day I needed to have a bin delivered. Even with the last minute call, they delivered it to me a couple of hours after our phone call. The delivery truck driver helped to ensure the bin was placed properly, not blocking my driveway and took precaution that the weight of it would not ruin my lawn or the side of the driveway. The size they had suggested was perfect and the bin was clean when it arrived. I called and left a message the day before I needed it to be picked up. They picked up on time and made this whole process absolutely effortless. I did lots of research price wise and their service was the best price I could find in the Durham Region! A++ from me guys, thank-you for everything!

Reliable service. They dropped and picked up the bin on time. The bin arrived clean. They put wood supports under the bin to protect the driveway. Great price. One of the few companies willing to put their pricing on their website. I appreciated the transparency. Billing was correct. I would highly recommend.

I was very worried about the bin on my very soft asphalt driveway. Bin Affordable took precautions to protect my driveway from depressions.
Emails were answered in a timely manner, extentions were easy and they arrived for drop off and pick up on time as requested. Why pay more?

I set up for a bin rental probably 3 weeks in advance. Come the day of delivery, no driver showed up by noon, as I was told when I set this up. I attempted to get a hold of them and my calls weren't answered. I left a voicemail. It's now been two full days. No call. No bin. Lucky for me I found a company that delivered a bin on a Saturday within 3 hours.

Used this company for home clean up and it was so nice dealing with Grace. We had a bin at our house and my boss had bins for contracting work and they have been fantastic. Put something down on the driveway to protect it and the bins were so clean! I have already referred them to friends who will be using them too. Thanks for the great service!!

I ordered a bin for the weekend which was confirmed. I get a call on Wednesday saying that I was the only person ordering a bin for drop off on Saturday so she had a "big problem". She advised me her "big problem" was that she didn't want to pay the guy a minimum of 4 hours just for my order only. I'm pretty sure that's called running a business and taking the loses with the wins. Very cheap and petty. I called other places after and found these guys are up-charging on their deposit in comparison to others and charged a ridiculous premium for AMEX. Overall the customer service wasn't great either. Would definitely never recommend.
