Never enough sorting trays. So either you stand around waiting for up to 30+ minutes or come back and still need to in-fact wait and stand around. Limit the amount given out to customers or get more for your location.

You pay 10 cent deposit when you buy a beverage. At all other recycling depots I've been to you get 10 cent back upon return. Not here, here you get less.

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, today they were too helpful. I am perfectly capable of using a touch screen and a hand held scanner, yet multiple staff members “helped” me multiple times and ended up taking bags of cans and bottles off my trolly that weren’t ready to be dropped off yet. I’m pretty sure I lost two bags of returns today because of their eagerness to “help” me.

And of course I spoke up. I said “I haven’t scanned those yet” and “those don’t have barcode stickers yet” but I think they still took bags that weren’t ready and now obviously I won’t get money back for them.

I know their sign says not to pre print the barcode stickers but next time I will print them and stick them on the bags before taking them to the depot.

Love the new drop off service returns in a bag put the sticker on and your done no counting no sorting it is all done for you. Then within a couple days it's in your account. Awesome no line ups no waiting just scan your bags and your done, Very busy location, Great recycle almost everything here. Staff mostly are friendly and helpful. Great fund raising opportunities here as well register your team and do as little as have parents drop bags for the team or have a full blown bottle drive they supply bags and even do pick up. Awesome

Been to this place a few times since I moved here.
Everywhere on the company website says .10 cents a container. Other reviews and other locals have said they pay .05 cents.

But when I we buy bottle from a store. Don’t we pay a .10 cent deposit? Isn’t the whole point to get that back? Whose pocket is that going into?

I brought in 2 big recycling bags and the count was only 60 containers. When I know I had close to 150,

I will try them again. Except I will count the containers myself and then write the number on the bag in order to see what the discrepancy will be and if it’s drastically wrong again. I will be boycotting this place ?

My only complaint about this place is the trays are absolutely filthy. Prepare to glove up. Any place that deals with cans and bottles that people consume directly from should consider disease. Hepatitis A can live outside the body for months. A pressure washer cost $300 and bleach is cheap.
