10 yard bin delivered as requested and picked up when we called. This enabled us to do a big garage cleanup. Could provide a bit more information for first time users. Invoice emailed within a week. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others!

We were doing a reno and realized we forgot to order a bin. Big Ben's was able to accommodate our request with 24hrs notice. They were friendly and polite on the phone, and both delivered/picked-up right on time. The price was very reasonable as well, and we really have nothing negative to say. Wow-what a great company!!.  I've been dealing with Big Ben for years now and must say that I've had nothing but positive experiences,  specifically with Jackie. Jackie is amazing at meeting and exceeding expectations while giving great customer service and support. She's the brains of this company!!! This level of professionalism is uncommon for a disposal company,and i say that because we have been in buisness for over 14 years and have tried a few companies.  Once we started with Big Ben, there was no going back. Hope other companies can take note!!

Big Ben's is the company we use for all our disposal needs. Their drivers are really careful and are willing to take the time to put the bin where you need it, even if it isn't the easiest spot. I highly recommend them!

I rented a bin to haul away dirt for my garden project. Big Ben's was on time, competitively priced, and had excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a dumpster.

while I've never scrapped anything at their yard-
their drivers, who i captured in video and in picture, swearing and using racially abusive terms towards me, a mulatto male. For no reason- the racist and insulting conduct the associates participate in is disgusting and ANTI-canadian.
After telling the business owner of the goings on i was greeted by a highly defensive rebuttal and no repercussions. The owner called me months later after seeing this picture with his employee "flipping off" another driver ( me ) and insist i had bothered said driver by going around them. I posed the question " if i smashed into the back of your vehicle rather than go around it, would you come out and call me a Racial term ( the N word ) or would you come out and ask wheres my insurance" - to my disgust, Big BEN said " I Dont know ", FREEDOM OF KNOWLEDGE. Racism is alive and well in Canada, your safety is Bens concern as per linked in- but your rights and self worth as a human being are irrelevent. I was told by Ben as well that i should take this down as I AM RUINING HIS BUSINESS... WHAT HE FAILS TO NOTE IS ITS HIS RACIST EMPLOYEES- SCREAMING SLURS OUT OF A COMPANY VEHICLE AND FLIPPING OFF CAMERA'S. Ben intends to take this matter to court and i look forward to this reaching a legal level and receiving real publicity
