You advertise for 4pm close. It was 3pm and you guys had closed signs. Why bother posting hours publicly at all if you never honestly are open for those hours? Absolute trash of a company. If you can't afford or want the job, bankrupt it and go work at McDonalds.
If you advertise open. Stay open.

All though I could not and would not like to do the job of those friendly, very helpful people at B&G Transfer, I truly believe they enjoy doing their job as they are smiling joking, and laughing. Most of all helpful , the fellow who helped my wife and I was super, a tall around 50 slim Gent, who was polite and I believe him to be honest. 5 star to the good people at B&G Recycle, see you soon friends. I called here to find out what time they would be open until and the lady on the phone was beyond rude. I asked and right away she snapped "well im not telling you that until you tell me what you have" I told her that I didnt have much and its already sorted and again she snaps "I dont care if its already sorted, were only open until 2, if youre not here by 1, dont even bother coming" and then hung up on me. At no point was I rude with her or did anything that could have prompted this horrendous behavior. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Not worth the money for fuel and waiting for 2 hours in line just for them to close early. Some days when their signs say open, they are closed and never did open for the day. We have one place in town to do cans, open 5 hours and only some days is not long enough for a community bigger than 23,000 people.

If I could give a negative star I would.
For being the only bottle return center in Quesnel, this place is the most frustrating. Never open, and even when they are you can't return your bottles. At least there's always one place willing to take my bottles. The SPCA a worthy cause.

It's very annoying when you load up your car full of empties and take them down at a time when its supposed to be open but it's not. No wonder so many end up in the landfill. Someone needs to open a better bottle depot in Quesnel.
