The WORST treatment ever I have experienced since i been here in Canada... The last time I used this service it was wonderful and was compensated fairly... But this time NO they came after calling 2 times and offered me an extremely low STUPID price after I had counted and knew what I was entitled too... They spoke in their own language and were so rude shouting and calling me inappropriate names not listening. Even tried to intimidate me telling me to speak to their manager. Do NOT work with them at all take your recycle somewhere where you will be appreciated that's all am going to say...I will NEVER AGAIN call them and I told them first as I saw them trying to give me the wrong amount... Stay Safe and Vigilant everyone!!!

Waited 3 days for residential pick up and everyday was told “today” or “in the morning” and when i arrived no one sorted the bags they just took my empties and handed me a very low amount of return and said “they charge a certain amount per bag”. for this hassle i couldve went to another depot and got more in return and saved more time. Dont waste your effort or time here its just a complete waste.

I've been there 2x. I was desperately ripped off there 2x.

I brought 4 bags of bottles in today and I walked out with 15 dollars.

When they dont have a tip jar out they take their own tip it looks like.

At least I left there without a debt

Used to be a great service, but not anymore. They never show up when they say they will, which might be fine if you're home all day, but it's frustrating when you take time to be there and they don’t show—or even respond to messages. On top of that, they always seem to shortchange the bottle count. It’s just not worth the hassle anymore.

So I decided to try and use the pickup service they offer today I phoned at 11am and come 2pm no pickup so phone again telling me someone on the their way but no show again after waiting another hour so I decided to call one last time telling them it’s been over an hour again just to tell me the same that someone on their way and once again no show this very unprofessional way to do business

Unprofessional! low bawling and does not pay out exact, or even close to the amount of bottles in a bag They do not count out directly. When doing pick up! Very rude!
