A year ago, we embarked on a mission to expand the living area underneath our current house. We found a designer and then got quotes from three different contractors, including Best Floor Solutions & Contractor. We eventually settled on Best Floor Solutions & Contractor, primarily because Jason, the owner, confidently detailed how they'd fit the new beams crucial for supporting the existing house. Jason was hands-on right from the start. He offered some brilliant ideas for making better use of our space. For instance, he proposed shifting the bathroom door to a different wall, as the original design would have eaten up valuable living room space. Jason pointed out that our siding needed to be replaced, as the original construction, done nearly 40 years ago, lacked a moisture barrier. He listened to our input and helped us rethink the kitchen and bedroom layouts. All his suggestions improved the final result. His on-site team, headed by project manager Connor, was consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. They were always punctual and worked a full day, leaving the working area clean and safe. They patiently addressed all our numerous questions. The bottom line is the final product is outstanding and surpasses our expectations. The team did a phenomenal job essentially overhauling my home. They tackled everything from the foundation, framing, and plumbing, to the electrical, HV/AC, drywall, insulation, doors, windows, flooring, tiles, landscape, hardscape, roofing, fixtures and even added bonuses like a fountain and fire pits. Our project manager, Connor, works with a team of skilled craftsmen who are diligent and trustworthy. Connor ensures that he is always available for his clients. He is quick to respond to messages, emails, and phone calls. When we introduced new ideas or encountered challenges during the project, he always offered viable solutions at a reasonable cost. Best Floor Solutions & Contractor in Los Angeles did an admirable job on the interior remodeling of our home. Initially, there were a few minor communication challenges with our contractor, Connor. He was very attentive at the start, but there was a slight change in his manner when I pointed out a small issue. There was a noticeable crack in the garage that hadn't been addressed. However, Terry, Jason, Maurice and their team came back promptly to fix it. The repair stands out a bit from the other work done, but it lends a unique touch to the overall finish. All in all, I am impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction here in Los Angeles.
