Great energy audit company. They met my deadline for post and final audit for my windows. They submitted everything when they promised they would for greener loan and enbridge rebate. They were always available when i had questions and called. Sometimes its not the audit companies fault if the rebates take so long. This company was excellent at identifying air quality issues in my home as well. Thank you to all for such a great job!

I am grateful to Best Energy, a responsible team, for going above and beyond to ensure that my post audit was completed on time before I made the final payment to the HVAC vendor. Despite the adhoc nature of my request, Best Energy's team scheduled the audit for the weekend. Not only did they complete the audit on time, but also provided me with valuable guidance on identifying areas with drift in multiple locations which I could fix myself to save energy loss. Vishwa shared detailed information on various grants and rebate programs that I may be eligible for, and advised me on the best options to maximize the benefits. I have found Best Energy's team to be very prompt in their email responses.

A second audit was conducted on June 15, and I was informed that it would take 10 days to process and complete my rebate application. It has now been four months, and during this time, I have attempted to contact them through various means, including phone calls, text messages, WhatsApp, and email, but I have not received any response. After four months, I decided to reach out to Enbridge, and they informed me that my file was still incomplete. This lack of professionalism is concerning, and I would strongly advise against engaging with them. I believe they should be removed from the list of approved auditors.

I'd recommend Andrew Hay if you're looking for an energy audit performed quickly in Ottawa for the Greener Homes grant. Andrew was able to come quite quickly whereas other auditors couldn't come for months. He was also a huge help in finding air leakage spots during the blower door test. I ended up meeting the 10% reduction needed to get the air leakage grant and I doubt I would have gotten this if it wasn't for Andrew taking the time to help find the major leakage areas.

Avoid this company at all costs! It was unfortunately recommended by our window installer (who is actually a great guy). We have been chasing and chasing for updates. Please select another audit company from the list recommended by the Green home program

Avoid at all costs! I used this awful company for the Canada Greener Homes Grant Pre- and Post- audits and the service is TERRIBLE. Both times I had to chase them for the reports and both times it took over 5 weeks. Totally unacceptable customer service. They should be removed from the list of approved auditors.

It has been two months since the final inspection and the report has still not been filed with Enbridge. I would not use their services again.
