Some of you will read this and say .. just a person who is upset .. probably his own fault.. well I won’t waste your time but all I need to say is if you are returning bottles be very very aware that on more than one occasion they have obviously ripped off a few elderly people. Maybe figure they wouldn’t know any difference .. No I am not “maybe” mistaken.. and I am not one of the elderly ones.. I’m a somewhat younger person that is simply shaking my head at this low life act. It’s enough so that I have been told by others this is definitely not a one off.,, Shameful… owner definitely needs to shake his head, and get some respect.

They will accept the used bottles and cans only.Remove the caps before giving to them in a blue polythene. There was no one accountable there, I waited for almost 15 mins on the gate and no one showed up to count the canes or bottles. Finally , I left it as I had to go to some other place.

I've had good and bad experiences here however today was a good one. The staff who helped me was kind and thoughtful. It was easy. The only thing that sucks about there's is the parking. It's so bad. That's not the staffs fault... But I wish the owner could figure something out to make it better.

We've been taking our bottles here for a long time now. Always get fast and friendly service.

However, the parking lot is far too cramped. We have had our car scuffed and dinged a couple of times. As of a year ago we started taking our bottles elsewhere.

It's on a hill, in a tight spot, so I'm not sure WHAT the owner could do about this issue, but for us it has just become far too stressful to try to return our bottles here.

Great service. As soon as I pull into the parking lot a fellow runs to the car and asks me if he can help with the bags of bottles. He takes them inside and starts to sort them and in a few minutes he hands you a slip which to take to the cashier window. Couldn't be simpler and everyone was super friendly. Highly recommend these people.

I have been taking recyclables to this particular depot for years. Even after I moved from Spryfield/Cowie Hill I would save up a carful of bags of bottles and take them to this location. I have always received courteous and timely service. The owner is very involved in the community as well and I see this a very good reason to support his business.

Counted my bottles had 5.50 they gave me 3.10 guess they forgot to count my 24 of beer had to prompt them otherwise service was great and friendly

Because of the pandemic service was slowed down but, they were e very polite professional and I know for a fact I got every dime back. Outstanding.
