Service is much slower now since they put in the automated machines, plus you can no longer squash the containers as they get stuck in the machines. This means that if you have limited storage space you will be going more often with less product. It is a pain, it was better with the people counting the product.

Reply to your reply: if we are allowed to bring in partially crushed cans, why do your staff always tell me that they do not want them to be brought in? I have been told by staff at least 3 times that they cannot be crushed and all I crush them with is my hand and i am an old lady so not very strong.

Updated tech for counting/sorting/speed. Line up design in and out of building always bugged me. But hopefully the speed is maximized with the auto counters.

Went in Saturday morning (today) and got out in as much time it took them to count. No lineup, very fast service. No carts though, so had to make trips back to my car each time after he had started counting - the alternative would be to leave the bags in line but that doesn’t seem too effective on a busy day.. might need to upgrade that process. Even though the experience today was good, I can imagine how messy a busy day can get.

Painfully slow process. The "upgrades" with automated sorters has slowed the process. 1.5 to see 4 people go through. 15 people in line and only 2 people sorting. Terrible.

Bottle depot is fairly well laid out. Staff is efficient and nice. Lots of slides available so people don't have to wait. The only drawback to the facility is the gravel parking lot is in really rough shape. Could used a repair to save some vehicles from bottoming out

Lots of workers gossiping about the customers in Tagalog thinking we can’t understand. You should have a talk with your workers

Parking is terrible and no carts to haul your bottles in anymore. Not very user friendly. My daughter waited in "line" and they kept calling people who came in after her. Not impressed with the place since they moved. The old site was much better. Cleaner, user friendly and more organized.

I arrived there at 3 minutes to closing and they were starting to close down. I thought I was too late but an employee came rushing out and started grabbing my recycling out of my truck! I thought it was very awesome of them too stay open a little extra to accommodate me!
