I can’t recommend Steve/BDC Electric highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was professional, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. I contacted BDC and they returned my call within a day and showed up the next day for the panel audit requested. Within a week the job was complete to my satisfaction. It is very hard to impress us, but he just did it when he installed our EV charger. Within a few days he was available, he worked very quick, professional, clean, straight (!) and he is very friendly. Communications as easy as it gets and we can highly recommend him. Steve was wonderfully efficient. He quickly hardwired our hot tub. When it wouldn’t start when he finished, he went back over everything and then helped us place a heater in the components compartment. The next day it started easily. Water had frozen in the lines when the hot tub company had tested it and not drained it completely. He was very personable and knowledgable about the area that we just moved into. We would highly recommend Steve if you have any electrical needs.
