We can't say enough how impressed we are with the service. The guys were on time, fast, friendly and knowledgeable, and very informative. We Highly recommend this company. We are on Salt Spring island. We sent an email at the end of a long weekend to enquire the price and time to replace a well pump. We received a call

Super impressed wth these guys, from Shane the owner to the installers/plumbers. I've had two installations for the water quality done and fallowed that up with a rainwater harvesting tank. Everything was done as planned, on time and on budget. Great people to work with, communicative, friendly and professional. I'd use them again, for sure!

Very disappointing service. Communications and admin not good. Couldn't get a response when I wanted to action an expensive quote but they were immediately in touch when a $200 invoice was late. Unpleasant customer service.

BC Aquifer installed the best water filtration system we could have dreamt of. It solved every problem we had with our well water in the Cedar area. The water is now clean, has no smell, no taste, no residue and of course, it's free of any harmful bacteria. Also, we have a cistern full of water at all times so the water never shuts down on us any more. Curt Hollinshead is the technician who recommended and installed this fabulous system and services it. He's always a pleasure to work with.

12 years ago they installed a new motor, pump, tank and peripherals. We recently had them out to inspect things to make sure it was all running properly.
The report came back noting that the original job was poorly done and that the motor needed replacing because the amp draw was too high, however on the 12 year old invoice, the amp draw when new was too high, according to the new information. This leads me to believe that either the original installation was with a bad motor that should have been replaced right away, or they were giving us false information now to get us to replace a perfectly good motor. Either way, it won't be BC Aquifer that will be getting any more of our business.

Curt, Mike and Jason worked on our well this past week. All three are professional, courteous, and hard working. From start to finish you could not ask for nicer people to work with when a home owner is experiencing well issues and a smidge stressed.
They eased our stress away with their knowledge and work ethics.

The work site was left spotless, one would never know they had been in the middle of our field with 2 trucks!

Most impressed that BC Aquifer has their employees in logo'd shirts giving a clean company imagine.

I would definitely have Curt, Mike and Jason back to work on our water system.
