I had a furnace emergency during a cold snap and Battle River came out quickly and did the work and Brian the Tech fixed the problem, he was fantastic! Did the work and gave some great tips to ensure the problem wouldn’t happen again, he was fast and courteous and so helpful! You got a great employee representing your company!! Very satisfied! We noticed our boiler was leaking water. Scott was over right away to assess the situation. Once we knew what we were dealing with, all our options were presented to us clearly and concisely. Once we determined replacing the boiler was the way to go, Scott & Brad got to work right away and did everything in their power to make sure we had heat before the really cold weather arrived. Our bill was exactly what we were quoted (no added unforeseen charges). There was follow up afterwards to ensure the system was working the way it should. Will definitely be using them again in the future and will happily refer them to others. Thank you, Battle River Plumbing!

The evening of October 21st we noticed our hot water tank dripping (leaking). The next morning we called Battle River Plumbing& Heating at 8:05. Two plumbers showed up at 8:40 with a new hot water tank!! Fast & friendly service. They had new tank installed & took old tank with them. Job was complete in one hour!!! We are so happy with the priority of service. A job well done

I was contemplating switching from a traditional hot water tank to a tankless hot water system, Scot and his guys were very knowledgeable in guiding me through my decision. They weren’t pushy trying to upsell their product or anything. They came to my house and met me face to face and called me the same day with three different quotes so I had some options. Happy to say the tankless system was installed the next day first thing in the morning. Very clean and professional work. Thanks a million.

We are a family of 4 retired senior citizens , ages from 67 to 90 . We live on a Small acreage 20 minutes outside of Camrose , we have 4 horses , 2 donkeys , 2 dogs , 2 cats , 30 chickens, 4 turkeys and 6 rabbits and a large vegetable garden , 2 or 3 years ago we needed a hot water tank replaced we contacted Battle River who came out within the day and started the job , they had our new tank installed right away , totally impressed but there was a problem with the new tank and within a couple of weeks it was on the verge of exploding , but the Battle River gang were out here right away and had the problem taking care of. We were grateful and appreciated all the work that was put in . So obviously they would be our go to company for any future plumbing concerns , recently our water stop running so I called BR and talked to the office to try and set up a plumber , 2 days later I was called and told to look for another plumber because they can't make it out here, so I said can I make an appointment and was told no because I need a plumber right away , so I agreed and tracked down 2 plumbers who had to cancel because they don't do well systems , I called B.R. back to make an appointment and left 2 messages and 2 call back numbers , now mind you this was a Friday afternoon starting a long weekend so I wasn't expecting a call until Tuesday , by 2:00 in the afternoon I thought it was enough time to check messages and get back to customers so I called to book an appointment and find out why or who returns calls and why nobody has called us back , well that phone call didn't go well at all but still was told I would be receiving a call from The office or Scott regarding our situation , haven't heard a thing from Battle River Plumbing , I'm thinking that's not the Best way to treat past and present customers , I was also told hot water tanks are a priority , I wonder why no water isn't 🤔
