My car died after 15 years and, I'll be honest, half the reason I chose this company was because of their name: Auto Heaven. I have an emotional attachment to my car and liked the idea of it going to Auto Heaven!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Auto Heaven. They arrived right on time, gave the agreed upon price, signed the bill of sale and vehicle ownership, and were in-and-out. These guys are pros!

I didn't call around to compare quotes because I had a lot on my plate at the time but I did some research afterwards and the price that they offered me was very fair and strong. I would also like to thank their website for walking me through everything I needed to do to scrap my car including the paperwork. I filled out their online form and still haven’t heard back from them in eight business days. Tried to follow up with a phone call and due to “high volume of calls” I still haven’t been able to get through to anyone after multiple attempts.

This is terrible customer service. Never looks good when a business can’t respond to an email or answer a phone. It should never feel impossible to get in touch with a company.

-> Just an update- “Steve Scrap Cars”, amazing! Picked up the phone first call. Couldn’t be more straightforward. Gave me a quote right away and offered same day pick up. Simple, easy, fair and professional.

If you are anything like me, you go into these scenarios expecting to be taken advantage because honestly, I don't know what my scrap car is worth. What I do know that they actually looked at photos, responded to my emails, arranged for a tow driver, showed up on time and were exceptionally reasonable and paid me literally 3x the amount that anyone else sent me.

Thanks to Sam and nice driver who picked up my car from the collision centre. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

Drove from all the way from Mississauga to Brockville to Scrap my car. Confirmed with the guy 4 times in last couple of days. On the day of meet up we talked to the guy to come at 5pm said he will come and suits him. we kept calling him till 6pm didn't show up. If you cant do it communicate with customer. Anyways Guess what Karma is a b! 😉

I came to them today, there was some crazy character there, he said that he does not accept old catalysts and just kicked me out. I advise you to call them before the trip or better look for another place. Good luck to everyone.

I finalized the $1200 price, car milage, condition, by photos over the phone and decided place to drop, and take payment. After 30 min frive from my place upon arrival the guy gave me a reason that due to old catholic converter they can pay only $300! I refused the deal and return back, on the way they are keep calling and increasing price 300 to 400 to 500, but I told them that decided not to deal with them even they pay high.
My recommendations to others, before dealing with them, please clarify everything and suggestions is not to go there let their towing truck come to your place so they will think a twice before play a games.
Hope this review will help to others and save time and energy.

Let clarify and update my response:
If you go to Auto Haven website, though they have a location on 7....., you will get message from Mike and they will call you on Islington location. They will pretend they are different but during discussion with their guy, I found both are same.
