Awesome folks !! Is what I can say about Audiovideoking

They Installed our home theatre with projector and ceiling speakers and did a wonderful job.

George even agreed to take down ceiling fan which was interfering with the projection. When one of the parts was missing and I offered to go buy that part George was so nice to stop me and offered to bring it himself the next day and finished that 2 min task driving all the way again

I’ve never written a review for anything in my life, but honestly I can’t believe the quality of service provided. I had been having an issue with my home theater setup for months and have sent equipment out to be checked and spent hours and hours on the phone with Sony tech support, TCL tech support and Best Buy trying to solve the issue and they never solved it. After about seven minutes on the phone with George, he recommended a few troubleshooting options that nobody from any of the manufacturers recommended and it seems to have solved my issue!!! Not only that, but he offered to help me out if the problem came back up. If you feel like you’ve exhausted all your options, or are just getting started don’t look any further. Thanks George!

I really hate having to do this, but I'm so unhappy and had no help to remedy to a costly job that did not fix my problem. After spending $1700 on a system that we cannot use (the mic delay doesn't work with Sonos, so we still use our old speaker) he refused to refund me and take the speakers out. Please be careful doing business with these guys, he won't refund you if he does the job wrong. I am having to escalate this to my credit card company and Better Business Bureau. Really unfortunate.

George and his team at Audiovideoking deserve at least a Five Star rating! They recently completed a complicated AV reconfiguration at my home and did a perfect job. I initially contacted George on the phone and he subsequently came to my home for a site visit. He understood all of my objectives and then provided my with a very fair price. George and his team removed and remounted six flat screen TV's utilizing articulating mounts and made certain that they were centered perfectly. George then reconfigured my outdated Home Theater system and simplified it rather than making it more complicated. George is highly intelligent and extremely knowledgeable. He is very energetic but thoughtful, systematic and methodical. At the completion of the job he insisted that we review all of the installation to insure that it was working to my satisfaction.
