After a terrible experience with a different plumbing company, we called Atlas to see if they could fix our clogged pipes. They sent a team to our house immediately, cleared the clog quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and were friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. AND they charged less than half of the price that the other company did. Big thank you to the technicians that helped us, Marvin and Chidozie.

Our service rep was Mike from Atlas Sewer Service. I'm sorry I didn't catch his last name, but he was fantastic! He solved our issue very fast and showed us what went wrong with his camera system, which I thought was a great extra touch! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to everyone!

Atlas was able to come to accommodate my schedule and had availability the same afternoon. Greffith did a thorough job during the process. He showed CCTV and photos of during and after the process of clearing roots from the sewer line. He provided great documentation and recommendations. Cost was cheaper than I expected for the great service and job I received.

Called 8am guys were here at 9am .Marvin and Chardoizie got it the clog pronto . Took the cleaner to the street and then did the camera thing. Still a few roots hanging but all clear , will review next fall maybe make it a bit cleaner then. All good for now great job guys, very happy with the service .Thank you

Our sewer overflowed on the weekend. We called a couple of places and they referred us to Atlas. We called and were advised a technician would come asap. He arrived within the hour. Mike was very polite, thorough and professional. He provided us with the information and guidance we needed. He cleared the drain, did a camera scope and advised it was tree roots. We have never had issues before, but Mike explained that it happens sometimes and recommended that to ensure there were no further problems to have it cleared yearly.
