While quoting and trying to get my business they were very competitive and kind. (Moving my 86 year old mother) When the movers came out to load, they not only tripled the price (which at that time I had no other choice but agree to it due to my tight schedule!), but they also lied to me several times about the delivery time being approximately 4 to 5 days. That 4-5 days turned out to be 43 days!!!! In their terms, (fine print) 30 business days. Worse experience with movers ever!!! The movers unpacking my mother’s belongings cracked her 10 month old $1,500 65” tv to make that worthless. Their insurance covers $.60 a lb which would’ve paid us maybe $20.
They’re crooks!!! Find a reputable mover!!

What a smooth, flawless and amazing experience!!

To begin with, the communication was superb, Marc kept me in the loop on his ETA and the process. He was very punctual, polite and professional.

He worked quickly, efficiently and took extreme care in handling all items and making sure there was no damage to walls. The move of items was completed ahead of schedule and we were beyond impressed by a job well done.

On top of that he is very sociable and a genuine young man, we had a great conversation. I highly recommend his services for any size move you may encounter.

Last minute move of a small apartment, Mark offered to come that same evening. Instead we agreed the next day at noon would be best. Right on time, extremely careful with items, very fast in and out. Had all of my things out of the pickup location, moved and dropped off neatly at the destination just as I requested in less time than I expected, and that included navigating 3 flights of narrow stairs. Cost was exactly what he said it would be, and very reasonable.

What stood out to me the most, however, was Mark’s diligent communication with me prior to and during the move, a quality that can’t be underestimated. Even though I was not present for about half of the move, I had total confidence that everything was being done in the most professional manner.
