i did everything through their online chat. A lovely person named Kamila helped me out, it was quick and easy, they were very helpful and answered my questions promptly and accurately. Whole thing took maybe 10-15 minutes. And i only waited about 10 to speak to someone in the chat, while i was doing other work on my PC.

Great experience with ATCO today. Spoke with Roger W. He was great and very helpful. You rarely get great customer service now-a-days but Roger has been great and provided amazing service! Had my Electric & Gas set up in my new house with no hassle. Very competitive pricing as well. Will definitely recommend!

I called twice and was attended by two agents Ade and Cassandra who were polite, took time to answer my questions, eased my concerns and explained the different options to me. They were patient even in the face of my indecision. Ade took it upon herself to call me back when I was unable to decide to ease my concerns. Furnace went out and was told help would come within 24hrs- Paddy came shortly after my call was made on a sunday. He was super helpful and kind and fixed the issue promptly. Im grateful as it was very cold that day!
