Our experience with AT Management and Consulting Inc. has been deeply disappointing. Based on our interactions, we’ve encountered several issues that have been very frustrating.

We found Andrew Teemal’s lack of professionalism and poor communication to be problematic. From our perspective, there have been consistent challenges with responsiveness and management of property tasks. Others we've spoken to have reported similar experiences.

I have no idea how someone gave Andrew Teemal the licence to be a property manager. He is unprofessional and arrogant. He does not care about the issues brought to his attention, instead he lashes out and dismisses the issue saying he will communicate via email but does not respond to emails either. It is clear that Andrew is not fit to be in this role of managing 70 properties solely. Please do not make the same mistake our board of directors did by hiring him. It is an absolute joke!!!

Andrew Teemal is absolutely not qualified to be dealing with homeowners or even be a Property Manager. He yells & insults on the phone while ignoring emails. I contacted him on behalf of my client (written permission from client) as my client has had a water leak in his unit. This was brought to Andrews attention, in February 2022 and it is now October 2022 with no repairs and mold growing from no remedy. My client has lost rental income, a buyer for a real estate sale, and now with market conditions, my client has lost home appreciation as we cannot even get a TIMELINE from Andrew for repairs for potential buyers. Asking for a timeline results in Andrew yelling insults & blocking phone numbers to avoid the problem instead of doing his JOB as property managers should! Stay away from his company! Stay far away from this deranged individual! Listen to the reviews!

Andrew Teemal is not qualified to be a property manager. He runs a one man show. There is no one else to contact except him if you have any issues. He also comes and solicits proxy forms door to door which violates the code of conduct of the CRMAO. He is very unprofessional and defensive when issues are brought up. He does not answer his phone calls or respond to emails.

All the negative reviews are absolutely true. Best to stay far away from this company trust us. Too many stories to share. The very recent positive reviews are friends and employees so please take that into consideration. Its easier to call friends then do a good job.
May cost more but use FirstService or Delrental. You want to deal with honest professionals. FYI Stanley 5 star review worked for him so its false review and gets fired alot once clients realize his scam

The worst company I have the bad luck to deal in a decade. Terrible service. Horrible stuff! Stay away! Andrew Teemal has no idea of what he is doing as a condominium manager. I can't stop wondering how was he able to get the license, and who was so stupid to give the license to him.

If I could give him negative stars, I would. He does not know how to communicate to address owners concerns and make complete assumptions before knowing the facts. His response is to attack you instead of opening a dialogue. I would not recommend anyone considering this firm base on my interaction with him. It’s a big red flag for home owners and a big green flag for corrupted boards.
