Wow! What an absolutely awesome experience we had with our first wood stove purchase and installation by Nick, Tyler, Mike and Brady. Nick and Tyler were so knowledgeable regarding product information and really helped guide us in deciding which wood stove wood best meet our needs. The installation by Nick, Mike and Brady was fantastic! They not only made sure that everything was safely installed to perfection inside and outside on the roof but also that the appliance was positioned in the most perfect and aesthetically pleasing spot in the room. We are absolutely thrilled with our new wood stove and cannot say enough good things about the entire team at Astral. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, fare, patient and kind only begin to describe our experience with them. Thanks so much Astral! Highly recommend!

We are in heaven with the new Drolet woodstove from Astral! It is absolutely incredible and beyond our expectations. Most woodstove dealers we called sounded like they had no interest in our business but these guys where very responsive and on top of things. We had a stove up in running in roughly 2 weeks. The crew of Gill and Matt are great guys and did an amazing job and we are 100 percent satisfied with their work! Man it looks and feels amazing! If anybody is looking for a woodstove, I would highly recommend these guys, don't even bother looking elsewhere. They took care of everything from the permit to install and the wett certification. Thanks a bunch guys!

Love love our new Escape 2100. Nick had answered many emails and did a site visit as well. Worked super well with our contractor for the first framing stage. Then when complete Gilles was back with Nick for the stove install. We never once felt that we were a bother…Ever!! Definitely worth getting them in. Saw them in town and they were both just as friendly and asked how the stove was again.

We decided to use the chimney of our house and were interested in buying and installing a wood stove, so we called Astral Power Solutions Inc. Nick answered the phone and gave us the details we needed professionally, politely and kindly.
We decided to go ahead with the work and we are very happy that we chose this company. The team was amazing: they answered our emails/calls in a timely manner, they explained in detail what they were doing, and they gave us the best quality for our money.
For Astral Power Solutions Inc. it’s clear the client is very important. We ordered one of the wood stoves they sell, but due to some issues with the factory, the company couldn’t get it in time for the installation. Nick did his best to find us another wood stove, a better one, and the company matched the price we agreed on for the first wood stove. They honoured the price of the first quote even when they had to do more work and use more materials than they evaluated on the quote.
We are a little bit perfectionists 😀 and the quality of work of the contractors is something that is important to us. Nick and his team did an awesome job: they paid attention to details and they ensured clean, thorough and careful workmanship. The wood stove works perfectly and looks amazing. The company provided us with all the papers we needed for the insurance company and the inspection from the city was a breeze - everything that Astral team did was by the book.
Thank you Nick and your team for your honesty, profesionalism and your quality of work. We are very satisfied with your services and we strongly recommend you and your company to anyone that would like to install a wood stove in the Bancroft area!

Nick,Gill and the rest of the Astral Team did a fantastic job installing our Drolet 3000 woodstove. The venting was extensive and how to go through a high cathedral ceiling. The finished job was smooth and clean. I would highly recommend Astral for your power solution.
