I have had the chance to work with Damin and his crews in the industrial side as well hired them for residential work on our new house build. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, insightful and includes my wife in the process which is an extremely important aspect of hiring any contractors for our home. I am building a large home at Galena Shores, near Galena bay ferry terminal (north of Nakusp, BC) and Arrow Lakes Electric is the subcontractor for all electrical installations. I was impressed from day one about the attention Damin Devlin pays to the information on drawings provided. The first meeting impressed me - well studied detail on provided drawings, a comprehensive list of required clarifications and a list of suggestions for improvement. Now, four months into the onsite job, I am still impressed with level of attention everyone on site pays to drawings, clarification notes via emails, etc. Overall, I would rate the communication skill of the company with customer as simply excellent. As a customer - did I changed my mind on some occasions - yes, I did. Arrow Lakes Electric personnel promptly provided me with the pros and cons of my decision, and carried out whatever the outcome of the discussion came out to be. I will very highly recommend Arrow Lakes Electric.

Excellent service! They came to the house on Sunday after the main panel malfunctioned, saw the emergency and arranged for BC Hydro to come the next morning! The new panel was complete by 3:30 that afternoon - WOW!! THANKS!!
