I encountered one of their trucks in the process of delivering and off loading a bin.
The operator blocked the curb lane (eastbound) on Eglinton Avenue East and blocked the pedestrian sidewalk. Truck:
07-55 Understand that operator has her job to do, but this complete disregard for safety was appalling. Date: November 12, 2024 before 9:00 am.

Customer service isn't their thing but the bins are always on time and they are very flexible with duration. Pricing is one of the best I've seen anywhere so if you can put up with their substandard customer service and really just care about quick delivery and good pricing (which is what really matters anyways) this is a great choice. Would recommend.

Awful... I called the office to confirm when they close and the office said 2pm. The office said they will wait for us since our GPS said arrival time is 155pm. I arrive at 155pm today and there was a lady closing the door. I told her we called and she just said "not my problem we're closed", even though there was 5 minutes to close. Clearly there is a disconnect between their office and their boots on the ground. This company should update their listing to provide real accurate information around their closing time.

We called and they told us that they accept right up until 2pm close. We show up 5 minutes before close, the older lady gave us a wild goose chase to ‘another’ site a few doors down (was fake info) and then when we came back, she refused us.
If you close at 1:55pm, that should be your close time NOT 2pm. Also, don’t give us false information over the phone, we travelled all the way from Burlington. What a waste of time and absolute garbage service. Lost a customer, will not be going back

Cheaters. That Old lady’s rude . They don’t follow who's coming in, so don't pay for someone else garbage on your way out or you'll get that window shut to that dump

If I could give this company a 0 star review I would. They have absolutely no customer service. They rip you off by charging you double the rate and surprise you at the window. They are rude. Use foul language. Disrespectful. It’s honestly disgusting. I will never use this company again and I advise for others to be very careful. This company should not be in business and the lady Maria at the window needs to go back to school to learn customer service, social skills and respect.

I was charged $40 dollars minimum for 30kg of garbage.
I called to verify and was told that may 1/2018 the price changed. In one of the reviews here down below, the owner stated to someone else that the price was $30 in 2017.

In 2016 I was charged $20 min.
This company raises their prices each year by 10 dollars which is ridiculous.

The lady who operates the window and man the phones is incredibly rude and short. Don’t expect a friendly smile, or a simple hello or thank you either. When I was finished paying at the window, she didn’t say one word and slammed the window in my face.
Very rude service! And I will not be going back.

Roofer Contractor ordered the disposal bin for the roofing then left the waste and bin to driveway. I paid everything to the roofer. This Arizona asked me to pay for everything because they didn’t get deposit at beginning. Plus they use the very thin wood to hold the heavy bin, this unprofessional behavior is broken my new driveway. Strong suggest to NOT use this company. It is crazy bad management.
