Probably the smoothest and quickest furnace emergency repair I can imagine. The house wasn't even that cold yet when Nick showed up in a snowstorm, found the part for my old mobile home furnace, and had our heat going. Then when we thought we'd be waiting a while for the rest of the service we wanted done, it was the next business day that they showed up and got it done. Quick, polite, and very easy to deal with.

I had these guys do work on our geothermal unit on a home we had just purchased after we tried another company first who could not meet our requirements. This was 2 years ago and they did a very professional job. Super pleased. 2 years later and our u it is working very well as it should. I highly recommend these guys. I won't be calling anyone else.

Had a guy come out at 11 at night and diagnose our furnace, said they would get the part and come back tomorrow. Brent showed up the next day and brought the part and went to test it and unfortunately it was misdiagnosed so he said he would try to return it and grab the correct part for the job (not all companies will do this, some will still make you pay for the part). Ended up working after that and it only took a few hours. Price ended up being super reasonable (considering how expensive the part was) and done in only a few hours. I would call Aquatemp back anytime to do service work.

If I could give a 10 star rating I would… Yes, our experience with AquaTemp was that good! Kaelan took about five minutes to solve a circulation problem with several of the zones in our Radiant floor heating system that had eluded the expertise of four other HVAC companies that looked at it in the last five years. What he found was an error in the original installation that occurred almost 20 years ago. Secondly, he serviced our boiler And took great care to access ALL of components of the boiler and got them looking as good as new! He even provided before and after pictures along with future recommendations that were knowledgeable without the sales pressure. I paid two other service companies to service the boiler over the last five years and now I know I paid them for doing very, very substandard work. AquaTemp, in my humble opinion sets the bar very high that others can only hope to leap towards! Oh, I almost forgot to mention the wonderful experience we had with Nathan, who booked the job and followed up keeping us informed every step of the way. We even got to meet the business owner, Tim, As he ran out some tools for Kaelan… This man knows how to run a great company!

We had an issue with the fuel valve on our furnace, I gave them a call first thing in the morning and they had scheduled a tech to come out that day. The tech (Brent) arrived ahead of schedule which was nice, he got the job done quickly, was professional and pleasant throughout the process. We will definitely call them again for any future issues that arise!

Call was answered promptly and fee structure was explained in detail. Technician was dispatched and arrived on time. Kaelan determined the cause of our problem quickly and did a thorough job checking out possible reasons for the ignition lock out. He did multiple cycles to insure everything was functioning properly
