I had the pleasure of training at the Applied Science and Performance Institute in Tampa for an 8-week program, and I can confidently say it was a transformative experience. The facility itself is top notch, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that caters to athletes and fitness enthusiasts at all levels. I felt honored to be in this facility.

One of the standout aspects of my time at ASPI was the vibe of the place. The atmosphere was consistently friendly and welcoming, making each visit feel like coming home. I loved how the trainers were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in my progress, pushing me to reach new fitness levels while ensuring I enjoyed the journey.

A unique highlight during my training was the presence of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers cheerleaders practicing nearby. Seeing such dedicated athletes in action added an exciting energy to the environment. It was inspiring to train in a space where excellence is not just encouraged but actively pursued.

Overall, my experience at ASPI was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend!

I have been searching for quite some time for a gym that is a welcoming yet challenging environment. The accountability at ASPI is incredible. Working out in a class with a group of people is the best way to do it- especially if you’re competitive, you won’t want to stop. All the staff and coaches welcomed me from day 1 and have made sure to teach me how to properly do each workout. Highly recommend!!

The most incredible training facility I've ever stepped foot in. They really thought of everything here. Top of the line staff and equipment. The classes are intense, carefully planned by trainers who know what they're doing, and the overall environment motivates me to push myself harder than your average gym. I've seen huge results since joining. Don't think I could ever go back to a more commercial setting after experiencing everything ASPI has to offer

I've been coming here for 4 months now, and it has been fantastic. I've already lost a substantial amount of fat and gained a nice amount of muscle. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The trainers are cognizant of people's level of ability, and are very helpful in modifying any routines that a person can't do (yet!) while still refusing to let anyone slack off.

In this 4 months, I'm 20 lbs lighter, much more muscular, have better posture, and generally feel better in day-to-day life. Most important to me is that, in learning proper form and posture, the lower back pain that used to plague me all the time is gone. 5/5 stars for sure

Just go there and be blown away in amazement. Applied science and performance institute otherwise known as ASPI is really unlike anything iv ever felt/experienced before! Imagine an all in one facility that not only does the research but creates the science for health in general and applies that cutting edge research to the masses! Never know who you’ll see on site training pro athlete wise and that’s just another plus to this place. The gym has the best equipment I have ever used and trust me I’ve been in enough facilities to know what glorious training equipment I got my hands on. Staffs amazing and why wouldn’t it be when you see the founders of the company intently bringing the greatest minds in their respected fields together and we being the public have access to it all! This place helped me, your average joe reach my goals 100 times over what I thought was possible. Best place to train ever. Like I said before just go there!

I've been going to this gym for 6 months. I had back surgery 3 years ago and have dealt with chronic pain from day and 1. Only now am I finally seeing some improvement. I was initially a little intimidated to go since I thought they primarily catered to professional athletes. After paying a visit and doing a tour with Nick I realized they have programs for every level. There are group classes, one on one, physical therapy, nutrition and everything in between right on site. If you're in the market for a new gym I highly recommend you at least check them out. You'd be very surprised at the services for the money. I could have never achieved the results I've had with out the help of coach Morgan, Julie, and Andres. I'm just a normal guy that works on computers but at ASPI I get access to the same trainers and programs that NFL and MLB guys get. Call and ask for Nick today. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I absolutely love coming here in the mornings. Energy in this facility is just awesome and it’s a great way to start off the day! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Having played numerous sports growing up including football in college and rugby beyond that, I can honestly say that ASPI (Performance Compound) has provided the best training I have ever experienced. The coaches are excellent and provide challenging workouts. They are focused on proper form and modify for each individual as needed. Best training ever!
