What an incredible place. It all starts with the kind greeting you get on the phone or as you walk through the door. I was looking for an oil dip stick and the lady (sorry forgot your name) looked it up and let me know they have one and that I can stop by and pick it up. I have been looking all around Kelowna trying to find the right size dip stick, but nothing. Thanks for making a tough find really easy. I’ll definitely be back…

I had a great experience dealing with them in the past, wanted to find a low km replacement manual for my car, the car we found was unfortunately crushed, they sourced another with lower km for me and arranged a way I could pick it up where I live in Penticton. I'd recommend them and will purchase parts again

Called to ask about a door lock on my old honda, Jenna on the phone was so friendly and very happy to help. I was updated regularly on the status of my order, when they were pulling it etc., and was able to get it delivered to my workplace as I work at a dealership.
They have very friendly and personal service, and go above and beyond to help customers. Definitely my go-to from now on!!
