This is the first and only e-mail I have ever received from this company, I will be waiting until They get back to me to know what it is even for.

Every time I call the customer service number to get help with my account I always encounter a rude service agent that acts as though I am inconveniencing them. Their bad attitudes are off putting and the gas used vs the additional fees are outrageous! I also have "paper" billing listed under my billing preferences and have not once received a bill in the mail, so I am not sure why that is even an option on my online account.

Called at 1700hrs to discuss a non urgent item on my bill. Invoice/bill says contact customer care Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. Yet their website says they close at 5pm? Not happy at all.

I reached out with concerns about smelling gas in my home. Someone called me within minutes letting me know a tech would arrive within 30 mins. John and Layla arrived with smiles on their faces and looked at all the gas appliances inside and outside our home. They went above and beyond and it was a breath of fresh air how serious they took my concerns and how committed they were to their jobs. Apex should be proud to have these two on staff!

My ex had a bill in his name (nothing to do with me you'd think right?) Well they came and shut off my gas because he owed money to them as I also have an account through them (paid monthly). And demanded I paid off his bill to get my gas back.....

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This is by far the rudest, most incompetent customer service I have ever dealt with. They lie to you. They don’t do their jobs properly. Their fees are absolutely absurd. In the last 24 months I have used $488 worth of gas and been charged $3143 in fees!!! 86.5% of the bills are fees. That’s unacceptable. Total ripoff. I am cancelling my services and going elsewhere for sure. What a joke.

this business is a true money stufffing place that does not understand the concept of budgeting. they are the ones that set it up, change it without notice or consultation then drop a 600 dollar bill on you saying you aren't paying enough. rather than increase the budget to make sure there is enough (which they did 3 times in 1 year) they make excuses to pass the fault back to the customer rather than themselves. in other words total incompetence in their jobs and very rude customer service . i wouldn't come back to them for 300 million dollars and bunch of llamas.

They did not send us bills for 8 months and I, being naive with renting a house as I just rented apartment eversince, assumed that gas is included in the Utility bills being provided by the City of Leduc. After 8 months, they suddenly cut off the service citing of not paying the consumption. I was like, I am paying all the bills I receive! They said I don’t have an account with them but we had gas for 8 months but no bills and now they sent us after a month of inquiry a $1800 plus bill!!! If I do not have an account with them, where did they get the reading to bill us that amount?
