We’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Gisele and her team on two occasions. My Mother-in law needed to be placed in a home very quickly. We reached out to Gisele and by the next day her team met us and had my Mother- in law relocated in one day. We were so thrilled for the assistance! It was a very stressful time for the family and it was such a pleasure to deal with Gisele and her Team.

My husband and I decided we wanted to downsize and put our home up for sale. I reached out to Gisele for assistance with the preparation to put our home on the market. Kathy, Debbie and Gisele were fast and efficient in packing and staging our home.
Our home was on the market within a week.

I highly recommend Altered Spaces - Alter Lives. Gisele and her Team are very professional and efficient. Her team helped put us at ease and guided us through the necessary processes.

I can't say enough good things about the assistance Gisèle and her team provided to me and my children over the past 18 months. It was a daunting task to ready our house for sale, downsize our possessions, split the household into two, pack and move family members to two different locations and finally clear out a family storage unit that had accumulated three generations of possessions over 6 years. Gisele and her team were wonderful. They really helped us with my mom's downsizing and selling her house. I can Not say enough amazing thing about Gisele and her girls (shout out to Jill for always being so friendly). We have work along side of Altered Spaces on many moves and more recently when our owner (who is our packer as well) was injured in a motorcycle accident that Gisele and her girls came to our rescue and help our own customers who were scheduled to pack with us they came in and stepped up and took a huge weight off our shoulders. Gisele has checked in on a regular with me to see how Adam (owner) is healing and if we needed anything. The smallest gestures mean a lot when the world is so scary . I would not hesitate to recommend Gisele and her girls ..

I read the previous review and have to say, my experience has been the total opposite. I hired Gisele, my fairy godmother as I call her, in February 2020. I needed help with downsizing 3 generations of “stuff” as well as selling our family home and finding a bungalow that i could manage with an ailing husband. Gisele and her fairies did it all, with grace and style. And all through the onset of Covid. Gisele has kept me informed of when the on-line auctions were happening, how the pickup of items sold would take place. She has managed a challenging move into the new house, all while we are undergoing a kitchen reno. I could nit have done it without Gisele and her team of fairies. I have recommended her to several friends who want to purge the stuff, the kids n longer want.

My experience with Altered Spaces - Altered Lives is quite different than most who have left review. I was very frustrated with the lack of communication throughout - I had to constantly reach out and follow up to find out what was happening with the project. I should have insisted on receiving a contract and scope of work before going ahead, but didn't given the state of grief I was in at the time. I highly recommend using a service to help deal with cleaning out an estate, but I don't recommend Altered Spaces - Altered Lives
