Underwhelming service on multiple occasions. Unfortunately they have the monopoly in my area and not too many other bin companies exist….
We have a roofing company and despite clearly marking and verbally communicating where we would like the bin (so a wheelbarrow will dump directly into it). The bin ends up upwards of 15ft away the the edge of the roof forcing us to build ramps or use a shovel which takes hours longer.
Also on multiple occasions I get charged hundreds of dollars more for construction and demolition rates vs regular refuse. They claim it is because the wood and metal is not separated and tangled together. Obviously if I can save $700 I will spend 10 minutes and separate things on the top. This has happened so often that I started taking pictures to dispute the fees with no such luck. I wish I had other options so regrettably I will still be a loyal customer. I just wish they cared for the customers more than cornering the market. I have posted reviews on facebook groups and they are removed by admins and I am given a facebook warning.
Rather than owning up or apologizing for the additional charges and bad service I instead receive a threatening call to not give me business if I do not take my review down.

I rented a bin on short notice as I had to get through my renos. Samantha was absolutely wonderful to deal with and answered all my questions right away. She was super friendly and professional and made the whole process very simple. Bill dropped off my bin and was able to get it into the spot I needed it, even though it was narrow and tricky. He was also very friendly, professional and efficient. They gave me great tips to help me save money and made sure I understood the process so there were no unexpected charges at the dump. To top it all off, they have very reasonable prices. If you find yourself in need of a bin, this is absolutely the best company to deal with. Highly recommend!

Hello - I would highly recommend this company for your home clean up - furniture removal, etc requirements. I called around and they were by far the most affordable. They were prompt, friendly, cheery, professional, and even threw in a few more items for hardly anything more. Highly recommend , I had phoned a few times with a bunch of questions before I booked the bin and the lady I dealt with on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to answer all questions I had. The bin itself was spacious and worth the money. I have nothing negative to say and would definitely be using them again .
