Alberni Electric stepped up to help us on short notice to upgrade our electrical pannel in order for us to get a proper heat system installed asap as we suddenly had no heat in the middle of winter. Jim knew exactly what he was doing from the minute he arrived at my old Homestead.
Swapping out, electrical would’ve been near impossible, but he was very resourceful in ordering a remote kit to enable me to have my switches exactly where they needed to be.
He installed my ceiling fan with ease again without any complications being an older house

These guys did damage to my home , and kept demanding payment when they were told we were waiting on our insurance company . To date we still are waiting on our insurance company to investigate , anyone who has dealt with insurance knows they are slow slow slow . And then they go lodging a file with the crt dispute resolution instead of simply sending an email asking for an update . They expect us to pay the fees . My door no longer opens and closes properly I’m waiting on a second opinion from a non biased engineer , the first one did mention that even if it wasn’t structural they likely damaged my door and frame by leaning on it while drilling holes in my home . They took over 3 hours to feed a wire 20 feet cause they chose a stupid spot to go thru . I had a gas company come and put a line in for an outdoor bbq and they were able to by simply choosing the right pathway have that unbendable gas line go to the same place in less then 20 minutes . Not only was my home damaged they expect me to pay time for incompetent workers . They also knocked a jar off my shelf inside smashed it everywhere and tried to hide and deny it . Funny while cleaning that room a couple weeks ago I found a bag stashed underneath the platform for my hot water tank full of the broken glass . If your going to use these guys make sure you babysit them

Your response is negligible, the broken jar was not in the pantry, the jar was on top of the cupboards that are in the storage room, are you suggesting my 3 foot child was able to reach nearly 8 feet in the air, my 3 year old child was also upstairs all day with my mother while your technicians were downstairs working.
you honestly think i would keep this said jar in reach of my child considering the contents or the fact that the ministry regularly comes thru our home inspecting it due to another child in care?

i was not in my home the whole time your technicians were down here. i was constantly upstairs checking on my child... but thats not what this is about, this is about the fact that my door was compromised and is just not something you nor your company is willing to accept and render, although you did put it in the legal claim like it somehow would go in your favor?

the description of the broken jar did not change ONE time, it was the same description every single time. i find it appalling that you would spew lies such as this just to defend yourself rather then own up to your employees mistake.

if we want to throw pointless points out, i could mention that you bled on my outside couch cushion? cause why not.

your techs did not do an excellent job fishing the wire as your apprentice used a Sawzall to hack the heck out of the outside beam, instead of moving over to more suitable approach, such as the gas technicians did that came thru my home. Your technicians were also told that i would much prefer you cut the drywall out as oppose to hack the outside of my house, in fact they were told they could remove as much drywall as necessary as i worked in the trades as a Mudder/Taper and it would have been very easy for me to repair.

We have not provided you with any updates, because there have not been any updates, insurance companies work slow, you should know this.. any business owner would know this.

You are absolutely right that this is in response to legal action, as I had assumed you would wait until the insurance company was finished their investigation.,

as far as you having someone assess the damage, you never sent anyone to my home to asses it, you never sent a carpenter nor an engineer, and in fact when we contacted the engineer you suggested they clearly stated that you had not sent them anything but a couple of pictures and that was not enough information for them to make an informed decision on.

The fact of the matter is my door opened and closed completely fine before your technicians did work on my home, and you are clearly not willing to wait for the investigation to complete to determine whether this is simply coincidental or not.
