I recently had the pleasure of working with Air Energy for my air conditioning installation, and the whole experience was excellent. The technician was very meticulous and thoughtful, always putting the customer’s needs first. From carefully planning the placement of the outdoor unit to handling the installation itself, every detail was considered.
They communicated with me at every step—whether it was about wiring, positioning, or coordinating with the electrician. Both the installation team and the electrician worked tirelessly from morning until evening, always keeping me updated and making sure everything was done properly.

首先要给“超级客服” Tom 点个大大的赞！前期沟通时，他简直是“24小时待机客服”，随时解答各种问题——我怀疑他是不是住在公司？老板，麻烦给Tom每顿加个鸡腿，再送个枕头吧！

I had my furnace replaced on May. I was lucky to have selected AireEnergy. Their service was speedy and excellent. The advisor Tom explained clearly on the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The system he recommended has been doing a great job fitting my house well. The installation team was professional. Even though the space was a bit tight, they managed to align the furnace into the space nicely. The piping and everything was done nicely. I highly recommended AireEnergy.
