The staff at AIM amazing and are always extremely friendly. They always find ways to go above and beyond. Especially the staff in the scrap area. Thank you for always being so kind to me. Even on the days I get there shortly before close, By coming straight from work😅

First time going to a metal recycling plant and the staff there was so helpful! I had to drive a few laps but came home with some money in my pocket so I was happy. Staff helped unload my car and were very patient with me.

First time at a scrap recycling centre.The guys were all happy and friendly. The piece of steel I was scrapping fit perfectly in my trailer. And weight was 240 lbs. As I was pulling up to the gate. I started thinking about unloading and how much my back still hurt from loading the trailer The night before. Once I got the lowdown on how to proceed at the gate house. I was greeted in the yard by a very friendly and happy man. He said no problem I can grab that with my machine. He plucked it out of the trailer with great precision and I was quickly on my way to see the cash man. I look forward to my next visit and getting paid to take out the garbage.

I was very pleased with my experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful! It may have taken a little longer than expected but 10 out of 10. Please be patient, everyone has a job to do and must come home safe at the end of the day.

Moved through the process quickly. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Could use some signage in the back area to guide customers to where to place the item (car, in my case). Overall, positive experience.
