The company does not value other people's time. We ordered a garbage container, they were supposed to deliver it at 12:00, they delivered it at 4:30 in the evening. When it was time to pick it up, they arrived not at 11:00, as they said, but at 16:00. Moreover, at first they did not pick up the phone, did not answer the text messages, and then they said they would arrive at 3:30, and in the end at 16:00. I do not recommend!

Incompetent employee that cant tell time or park people inside properly. Waited outside well before door close and stull wouldn't let me in because he let a large truck park at the door instead of out of the way in an empty shop. Was very rude when i ased if i could just carry my items in. Still within open hours. From now on ill bring my business somewhere else

This is my fourth year dropping off metals here, but seriously, why does Brandon always use the rules to discriminate against me? Nobody wants to start their weekend morning feeling angry. Does having an empty soda can in my mixed tin really warrant you stopping me and telling me it's aluminum? Am I supposed to separate every single type of metal from my mixed tin? And why are your staff and forklift driver chatting right in front of the drop-off area, then blaming me for parking on the wrong side? Aren't they the ones blocking everyone else? These kinds of things never happen at the AIM locations in Burlington or Brantford. Again, I'm your customer, not a beggar.

Two words describe this place.
Organized Chaos.
The yard is a cluster! Trucks, forklift trucks, dosers, and pedestrians mill around with reckless abandon!
This place is an accident waiting to happen. The yard is covered in sharp scrap metal, so be careful if you have new tires on your truck.
The staff are great, and don't take long to load you once you get on a dock.

We have switched to AIM Recycling last fall from other scrap metal companies. I have nothing but praise for these folks at AIM, especially Jordan! Every time I've needed a favor whether it be site cleanup or just our MFG plant bin exchanges they have been on time and on point! Fellas, keep up the good work and we really appreciate all the effort you put into helping us keep our wheels turning! Thanks again!
