I’ve been with this company for some time, and they consistently offered the best rates for my energy, with full transparency about all charges.
Toward the end, I had a number of questions and a couple of issues, and their customer support handled everything with patience and respect. If the need arises in the future, I’d definitely proceed with them again.

I recently got setup with ACE and so far have been really impressed with the customer service. There have been a couple blips with getting my utilities setup (not due to their fault) and Jodie has answered every phone call I’ve made and been super helpful, personable and on the ball with getting me setup.

I have never actually had to set up electricity before as it’s always been included in my rent where I have been living. I called in as I wasn’t 100% sure the actual overall process, or even how electricity pricing worked. Steve with ACE was so knowledgeable, and explained in depth for every question that I asked him. It was so refreshing knowing that who I was calling, was not sitting in a call centre somewhere outside of Canada. And that he was only about 8 hours away, and in Alberta! He was able to sign me up over the phone (in probably less than 5 minutes), and let me know he was going to email me off a confirmation, and my account number! Phenomenal customer service so far, and would definitely recommend based off of my initial interaction! So pleased, and look forward to my next year of electricity through them as a provider!

We are very happy with the service we have been getting through ACE for the past three years. As a microgenerator of solar electricity ourselves, we get a fair price for the energy our panels produce - much fairer that what our previous electricity provider gave us. We also appreciate the personal service we get whenever we have questions. There are no long queues when you call and no long menus to navigate when you call. Thanks ACE! Keep up the good work.

We have been a customer for about a year and a half, when we started to get our bills we were quite happy with the savings we could already see in comparison to the service we had with our previous company. The invoices are easy to read and understand. When we made some changes to our service the person we spoke with was easy to understand and they were able to help us with the change quickly so that we didn't miss out on any savings advantages. I can say that we have saved money since we made the move to ACE and that we are very happy customers. Whenever we have anyone ask, be friends or a stranger on a Facebook recommendation post, we always recommend they go with ACE!
