Terrible experience at Aberdeen Bottle Depot. I had to do all the work by removing and organizing my bottles myself, and the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. There was no place to wash your hands, and the customer service was non-existent. To top it off, I brought in two bags full of bottles, including glass liquor bottles, and only received $2. Something doesn’t add up. The employee was also very rude—he threw the receipt at me and told me to leave, even though I greeted him politely when I came in. Definitely not coming back.

I dropped off my bag last week and I still have not received any email from them... the last time I dropped off two big bags and I only got $6 and $5.. while other bottle depots I get around $8.. last time I'll be going there

Something doesn't add up 🫤
I went there twice and they counted the bottles so fast. I knew I had more than what they gave me. This place is not honest. The Aldergrove bottle depot is much better.

The guy who runs the place first said my bottles only added up to 50 instead of 65 and then when I counted the cash he had given me only 40. Won't be returning here.

I wish zero stars was spossible. Customer service was terrible. The owner does not appreciate business. Covid precautions were non existent. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable if your a young women beware of gawking eyes.

This place was where I was sent to sign paperwork for a truck I booked online for my move. Then sent back to a farm to pickup the truck. Very unorganized and unhelpful.
