First time there and it was chaotic but Ranvir the man, the myth, the legend was there to guide through the busiest times of the day. He was very helpful, excellent communication and multi-tasker. I am from Washington state, I own auto wrecking and a Couple business. We did business with them for the first time. I was helped by Amanda she was super friendly made us feel safe and comfortable. She was new so she had to figure out how to get out metal out there to them, she organized the delivery, work with us every step of the way. We kept making it harded and harder to send so much product over there but just kept figuring out solutions and making sure she kept reaching out even though I became very busy. She even went for vacation yet made sure we were well taken care of great price, it was a bit scary making such a large business transaction from the U.S. to Canada but she was honest and was one of best customer service I have received big or small, I would highly recommend them. This was our first transaction with this company and can't wait to give them more of our business. I looked around for months and no one compared to them so if you see this message I would say give them a try first.
