I would not bring more than 6 bags to this particular location. the guy working at the time threatened me that whoever processes the bags will credit any bags over 6 .. at their discretion.

i left 10 bags and they knew that and only processed 9 bags.

i believe they processed the last bag separately and pocketed the change.

its only small pocket change so i am not fussed about that, but the smug lack of integrity is what bothers me.

refuse to process bags over the limit instead of stealing.

the staff at this business are wonderful. caring, helpful & informative.. The establishment itself is clean. The owner tho (Asian man) is crooked as a dog's hind leg. He will rip you off without prejudice. I had a rough count, as always. He basically, has ripped me off 3x now. Be CAREFUL. ITS YOUR TIME & HARD WORK. YOU SHOULD BE COMPENSATED FAIRLY FOR IT.

The people who work at this location are all about helpfulness and making the interactions positive. I HIGHLY recommend you use this location. There are ways you can sort your returns before getting to the return it location. Just ask and the staff will gladly help you out!

The “owner” is plain rude. Elderly lady parked in front of the bottle depot and i guess not parked “perfectly”. The owner could have talked to the lady nicely but the way he spoke was just so rude with hand gestures. I also just parked and he was giving me signals and asking me if i was going inside the bottle depot. The owner needs to calm down! The other staff are all nice though sadly the owner isnt.

Always space when I've been there, organized for quick in and out sorting. Staff very friendly and offer to help.

Great staff, fast and experienced. There's a decent amount of table space to sort and plenty of trays. It's organized well with the various compartments for recycling. The parking is limited, however, and a access is tricky if you have to park on the street or next door. I overheard some employees wishing that customers wouldn't come at the last minute, which is understandable...and the respectful thing to do. After a long day, especially on your feet recycling, who wouldn't want to be able to close at 5. We can be more respectful of that, I think, so, sorry about that guys. Good job. Recycling is vital to good life, happy people, and a happy earth (who serves us constantly). Thank you!!!

Last time I was here about 6 weeks ago I dropped off 5 bags and they were all labeled and organized with types of how many bottles there were in it. 1 bag had 110 cans. My return it account said my 5 bags had 110 cans. I dropping 3 bags off today. I’ll update my review with the results.
