Beyond impressed how attentive all the staff was from start to finish. My elderly mother’s window wouldn’t close and I discovered that the whole window was rotten, so we needed a replacement ASAP. We were contacted with an earlier appointment for fitting the job, The installers called before they arrived and were polite and very efficient. Their workmanship was flawless. They took away all the garbage and vacuumed before they left.

I requested quotes from a few companies to replace my existing casement window with a picture window. I chose Aaben not just because they had the best overall price, but also because I found them very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The on-site measuring, ordering and subsequent installation all went smoothly according to the timing they explained up front. I'm very happy with the process and my new unobstructed view!

We had Aaben install 2 sets of windows on 2 different occasions. One was a much larger job than the other. In both cases we felt comfortable with the estimate in terms of the costing and how that was presented as it related to the benefits. We were also happy with the quality of the product itself and the care taken by the installers for the installation. And specifically how well the job site was managed. Any issues with the overall installation were identified and resolved as quickly as possible.

Our experience with Aaben was fantastic. Since I walked into the showroom and the installers left the house I was amazed at how smoothly the process went. The sales person carefully explained the benefits of their windows, the pre-installer carefully measured all the openings to ensure that our existing blinds would fit seamlessly into the new windows and finally the expert install team who did an outstanding job. I can say that we are extremely happy and will be using them again in the future and recommend them to our friends.

This company is beyond 5 stars. The salesman was excellent, explained everything, answered our questions and answered our questions....An 1800's stone house is full of challenges. The installers came and went right to work. Each knew what their job was and got right to it. None wasted any time. They were respectful, capable, trades people. Did everything as discussed. No cutting corners. Quality work these days is a rarity. These are the people you need if you are looking for doors and windows. You won't be disappointed.

First off, installation staff were very knowledgeable, and courteous. The final appearance of install is excellent and I can't speak highly enough of the technicians. They provided thorough instruction on products and great to be around.

Until some finishing touches couldn't be completed. Then I was left at the whim of those in charge of scheduling. This included a certain amount of sit and wait and "we'll call you when we know". Agreed timelines were not met, and Aaben did not consistently forewarn when they realized the deadline would not be met. This made it challenging to plan other projects depending on this completion.

Finally the billing process is a bit challenging. Aaben only accepts certain amounts via certain payment methods which depending on transfer limits can be frustrating.

Summary: come for the product and install quality, not the business side customer service. Have a flexible schedule.

Horrible window. Window mechanism is warped and really hard to lift window up. Screen has holes and not even a year old. Contacted owner, wouldn't do anything about it. Had a staff member instal it. They ruined my parging and brick work. I have pictures
