Horrible treatment, The girl who is at the window to pay for the metal said that there were two people sitting in front of my truck, I asked her to check the cameras because there was only one person, she just wanted to argue, her behavior was racist, lying, and rude, I gave them the metal, maybe they need it

Horrible treatment of the highest level fro one of the owners! We've gone to them from time to time since they first opened but will never go back again now! I even gave him a chance to redeem himself but he doubled down! There are so many good places to go instead of them if you want to save yourself from an experience like we had! I hate giving a bad review, but feel compelled on this one!

Just got rid of my metal junks, a rusty cast iron stove fireplace and some metal shelvings, and I brought home $45 worth of sweat. First time ever, and it was nice. Jeremy helped make unloading quick and easy and was quite informative. Receptionist/cashier was friendly too.
I wish Return-It's were like this place.
