However, their attentive approach and willingness to go above and beyond answering questions, providing options and feedback set them apart. The install was seamless and we are very happy with the process. Since we’ve had the solar installed (nearing 2 years) Quadra Power is STILL very responsive offering immediate assistance to any question I have or small operational issue that may arise (ex after about 8 months of operation breaker tripped while we were not home so they came to our house and instead of just resetting the breaker they replaced it with a larger breaker at their own cost as they recognized the issue was Likley to recur). first thing I would like to say is Abdullah is excellent at communication and offers amazing customer service.

I originally messaged through an ad I saw online on a weekend asking for more information, and he replied within the hour and continued to reply to my messages and questions for over an hour.

I contacted several other companies to get quotes and Quadra was very competitive with their price, but what sold me was the customer service and punctuality of Quadra. Abdullah was extremely responsive, experienced, and helped me through every step. He knew the right people to contact for the Hydro portion of the install, had his own electrician, and his quote was an all-in pricing which I liked. He helped me navigate through the Grant Programs and was always available and responded promptly when I had any questions. Abdullah was extremely knowledgeable with the product and all of their warranties.

The people at Quadra are top notch. I have never gotten greater customer service then received by Abdullah.

Even the after-service was great. A few months after my install, I called Abdullah to ask a question about the panels. Through conversation, I mentioned to him that I had an excessive amount of snow on my panels and that I was planning to go clear it off.

By his own, he showed up the next day with a helper and cleared off the large amount of snow from my panels. He definitely was not obliged to, neither did I ask him, but that's just another great example of the great customer service. In the process of clearing the large snow, a big piece of snow fell onto my hot tub cover and broke it.

The situation is extremely unfortunate because he did that service of clearing the snow for free, as a goodwill gesture, and then this happened.

Abdullah immediately contacted me and let me know what happened. He explained to me what happened and offered to replace the cover ( $800 ) at his expense, which he did.

If Quadra is on your list of contractors to choose from, choose Quadra, you will not regret it.
