I’ve lived in my house for 6 months now. I’ve always paid my bills, but apparently they never cancelled my dead grandmothers account when I made mine so here I am having to pay these 6 months of bills a SECOND TIME. Never received a single bill for this said account either in those 6 months until it’s way overdue. Horrible.

I had a very positive experience with Gary and Matthew who helped me with the powerline to my property. They cut all the trees limbs that were obstructing the power lines plus replaced the service due to wear. Very coordinated and planned operation. Thank you Gary and Matthew for being so profesional in your demeanor.

Something is wrong with their billing. I'd get an emailed bill once every couple months. But usually it's a phone call saying the bill is past due. Not sure how to pay a bill I didn't get. After a couple months of this and arguing with customer support, I told them if they can't email a bill, mail me a paper one. Well they can't do that either. Got another phone call saying the bill is overdue. How can it be overdue if it was never sent? They gotta figure out how to bill their customers. I'm not paying late fees for their incompetence. It's very frustrating.

If you sign up for E-Billing they will not consistently send electronic bills, they will randomly send physical mail instead. Even after you close your account and clearly don't live at that address anymore they will keep sending physical mail there instead of electronic bills so that you never receive your final bill. Absolutely terribly organized company and customer service is never apologetic.

1. Live person answered the phone.
2. Told her my issue.
Said she would send someone out.
3. Truck arrived 25 min later
4. Worker said take an hour to fix.
5. Fixed issue in less than that.
6. Explained what issue was, and what he fixed
Cant ask for more than that! Wow

Synergy North failed to send me an email of my bill. I'm signed up for it to be sent to my email but had to phone them to receive my bill so it wouldn't be missed. Good thing I keep track of my own bills. They're sneaky and don't send it to people for a reason. Probably to see who forgets so they can charge extra money for late bills to those who wouldn't remember.

Very expensive for very little usage. We moved out of our apartment and I got two bills after we moved out. The last bill, to which we have NOT lived in at all (and had all our stuff moved out way before the period dates), was MORE than what my regular bill is. And to boot is was double what we usually pay in the summer. Absolutely disgusting considering we weren't living there and the place was empty. I guess they just pull random numbers out of a hat for your monthly bill each month!
